We’re entering the second Eclipse Season of 2023 with a Solar Eclipse in the sign of Libra, followed by a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus on 28th October.
Eclipse season is always a time of profound transformation – accelerating our evolution.
Eclipses amplify the energy of a new or full moon adding a sense of intensity. In Vedic astrology they are called Surya (sun) or Chandra (moon) Grahan and seen as major cosmic events. Eclipses are said to be portals of transformation that take us onto our true path – sometimes through abrupt or sudden change. Their potent energy can be experienced for months before and after.
This Solar Eclipse falls into the beautiful sign of Libra opening a completely fresh chapter. A New Moon always signifies a new beginning, and an Eclipse amplifies this.
Ruled by the planet Venus, the Goddess of love, beauty and abundance, Libra celebrates these qualities in our life. As an air sign, Libra is all about connection, balance and the relationships in our lives.
